Relaxation and Calm 

• 20 ml almond oil 
• 3 drops essential oil german chamomile 
• 5 drops essential oil lavender 
• 4 drops essential oil bergamot 

Muscular pain and stiffness relief 

• 20 ml almond oil or any other blending oil
• 4 drops essential oil rosemary 
• 4 drops essential oil lavender 
• 4 drops essential oil marjoram
